Petrochemical

Complex multi-unit plants where safety, integrity and availability define commercial performance.

We support petrochemical operators across debottlenecking, turnaround planning, revamp engineering and process safety work on existing assets. The blend of integrity, availability and hazard management sits squarely in our specialism.

Upstream, midstream and downstream scopes, with functional safety at the core.

Energy from Waste

Waste-to-energy plants where process safety meets emissions and regulatory compliance.

EfW plants combine combustion, flue gas treatment and steam cycles that are process-hazardous and emissions-sensitive. We deliver FEED and process-safety scopes into both new-build and expansion projects.

Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF)

New-build biorefinery projects where licensor tech meets UK regulatory reality.

SAF developers need independent engineering between the licensor package and the UK HSE / COMAH regime. We bring the FEED rigour and process-safety lifecycle needed to take a licensor basis through to a sanction-ready project.

Our experience in

Carbon Capture

Amine, solid-sorbent and post-combustion capture packages integrated onto host sites.

Carbon capture scopes are process-intensive and tightly integrated with existing host-site utilities and emissions stacks. We deliver the FEED, feasibility and process-safety work needed to retrofit capture into a running plant.
