Front-End Engineering Design

Define the project precisely enough to sanction it with confidence.

Once a project is feasible, FEED defines the scope, cost and schedule precisely enough for a sanction decision. We produce the drawings, specifications and estimates your board needs to commit CAPEX with confidence.

  • Basis of design and design manuals
  • FEED-level P&IDs, PFDs, plot plans and GA drawings
  • Equipment datasheets and long-lead specifications
  • Class-3 (±10%) cost estimate and Level-3 schedule

Feasibility Studies

Test whether an idea is worth pursuing, before you spend on FEED.

Feasibility studies test whether an idea is worth pursuing. We work with your team to define options, rough-order estimates, technical risk, and the questions the next stage of work has to answer. Our output is a decision, not a document.

Our specialism

Process Safety

Process Safety

HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL and Functional Safety to IEC 61508 and IEC 61511.

Process Safety is our specialism and the reason for the company name. We facilitate HAZID and HAZOP workshops, carry out LOPA, determine and verify SIL targets, and deliver Functional Safety work to IEC 61508 and IEC 61511. We do this as a standalone service for existing plants, and as an integrated thread through every FEED and EPCm project we run.
